Smallville: Models! Weather! Treasure Maps!
It looks like Kara's going to be a handful on Smallville. Where Clark just tried to fit in and fly under the radar (so to speak), Kara wants to stand out -- and she's not worried about getting noticed. Clark has no idea what he's dealing with!
So this was one of those great CW Corporate Synergy episodes -- hey, I've got an idea, let's put a star from another show on Smallville! And what's a more natural paring than Superman and Supermodels? Hence, ANTM winner Eva showing up as a meteor-infected beauty pageant contestant. She and her gal pals can control weather, and they're aiming for a treasure map from Smallville's past. What's standing in their way? Kara. Yep, our fresh-faced Kryptonian sweetie has decided she'll join in Earth life by competing for the title of Miss Sweet Corn. Ohhhhhhkay.
Good thing she did, however, because running into the Weather Girls gives her a clue to a buries Kryptonian treasure. Apparently someone else from their planet passed through Smallville more than 100 years ago. Smallville is starting to seem like Grand Central Station for Krypton, isn't it? Whoever it was, that Kryptonian is still out there somewhere, and Lana and Clark resolve to find him, her otr it. (Let it be Shelby! Please let it be Shelby!)
But that's just one part of the plot. Also, Lana comes back to Smallville and cozies up to Clark. She and Clark promise they won't keep any more secrets from each other. Does that include the fact that you stole $10 million for Lex, Lana?
Meanwhile, Chloe is still dealing with her meteor-infected status. Jimmy's back, and he manages to say all the wrong things -- boy howdy, those meteor freaks sure are eeeeevil, aren't they! Time we hunted down every last one of them! Ah, Jimmy. Your timing sucks.
What did you think of the episode? Are you glad Jimmy's back? How will Lana explain her return from the dead? Is Kara cool, or is she starting to grate? Vote in our polls and share your thoughts in the comments!

alright... smallville is starting to get really annoying, its always the same thing over and over... the fight scenes are starting to get really mediocre... we wait 40 mins to see the bad guy go down in one punch, or according to Beats "a poorly edited backward kick". it is so repetitive... clark goes on the scene in a blind haste to find kryptonite around him then someone miraculously comes to his aid right before he dies... i mean i know that this is a teen drama but still it really is annoying... also the acting is starting to get almost as depressing as power rangers... this jus doesnt entertain me as it used to... i could watch the first 5 mins of each episode turn the channel and return 30 mins later to find the same thing occurring.... each episode has too much talking and not enough fighting... anyways im done venting.. till next time

i agree that welling and kreuk looked really bored with their lines. [yawn] c'mon, SV Writers! you guys can do better than this! if this is the last season, try and finish it with a bang. if it's not, you still gotta be on your toes enough to take us to the 8th season. sheesh. this was a pretty mediocre espisode. what gives, al and miles?
am i glad that ashmore is back? nope. this guy just gets on my nerves. don't know why. so, no, i didn't miss him, much less am i glad that he's even back.
i love MR and can hardly wait until john glover gets back on the scene. does anyone know what JG's been up to?
yeah, i gotta admit that i liked the scene between lex and kara--although, i would still like LVV to show me some acting chops, tho. (hope she's got it, otherwise, kara's going to bomb this season. show producers: what did you see in her audition that i didn't?)

This Epi was really bad; except for the part when Chloe agrees to write the story, and the scene between Kara & Lex. Jimmy boy why are you looking @ another girl when ur woman is right beside u?!!!!!!

This episode seemed to have been edited with a hacksaw - what the hell????
I have never seen two actors look more bored than Welling and Kreuk in their reunion scene. And I shared their boredom.
Only decent scene was Lex meeting Kara.

Good grief, this episode was putrid! Bad acting, bad writing, bad directing, and horrendous editing that made the story almost nonsensical.
And Lana's return was every bit as much suck as I feared it would be. Lets just sweep everything Lana does under the rug, and pretend she shoots rainbows out of her butt. Just how much of a whipped, stupid sap are we going to make Clark look like to prop this chick up? Wait a sec, I don't think I want to know.
Best things about this episode were Shelby, and the Kara/Lex scene.
Honestly CW, ruin some other show to pimp your other projects, would ya?

yeah, i'd have to agree, this wasn't the greatest episode in smallville history. i understand you need to stick with the storyline, but it can be more interesting than this. i'm talking about the main plot of the script. it's ok to have clark showing kara the ropes, but there was just something wrong with it. the parts with lex were good, but not clarks parts in the episode. the producers have to remember season 5 and how intense it was. year 5 was the best do to the intensity of it. i respect that it's starting out slow, but we're at year 7...shouldn't the series step it up a knotch. the producers won't listen to these critiques anyway, but they should at least trust thier instincts a little more and let it all hang out.
see ya later guys.

I liked this weeks epi.
Esp when Lana walked in and put her hand on clark`s shoulder!
I was dissapointed with Clake`s reaction!!!!!
THIS IS THE WOMAN HE TOTALLY LOVES!!!!!!
Please let Lana and clark be together now she knows his secret and if you guys keep giving, us viewers, on again and off again Clana!! I AM REALLY GOING TO BE PISSED OFF WITH ALL OF YOU!! Just let them BE

This episode was lame as hell! Good grief, I finally manage to be at home when an episode airs and this is what I get.
I did like Jimmy and Chloe at the DP, and Jimmy mocking McAsshole. That was funny. I can see why Chloe hesitated to write the story about the FoTW, but I'm glad she did it. Getting the truth out about weird shit is what started Chloe out.
The scene with Lex and the govment agent was interesting. Oh and he is totes Braniac.
I did like the Kara and Lex scene. Can we keep that Lex for the rest of the season? Please?
Everything else, BLAH!
I knew the episode A plot would be bad, but damnit it wasn't even Spirit bad. It was just BAD.
Jimmy, I hate you. Chimmy is ending and I can't wait, but making lovey dovey eyes at someone else while, as Jimmy likes to call her "Your Girl", is standing right in front of him. What an ass.
I can't believe Lana actually had Lex come to the farm. Seriously. That was a WTF for me. Though I did have many. Like Clark not asking anything about Lana's "resurrection", and Kara using heat vision on the Green K.
And seriously, if we don't get an ONSCREEN, Chlana reunion, I'm going to be pissed.

Yes! Lana's back! Now my top three are all together again, especially the Clana!
