Supernatural Podcast: "Dead Man's Blood"
We're almost done with Season 1 of Supernatural and what can we say, we loved Dead Man's Blood. It appears as though vampires are the only consistently sexy supernatural being out there - and hey - we like it!
The brothers come across a town in which people seem to be disappearing and someone with ties to their father has been found murdered. Just when they start their hunt, John finds his sons and the three must work as a team. This of course brings up the great love John/hate John debate while I just want everyone to get along and notice everyone's beautiful bone structure. You can't go wrong with an episode in which even the bad guys are sexy.

The circle of life and afterdeath?! LOL
I don't know John wasn't that bad, he certainly would never win the "father of the year" award but he loves his boys and always tried to keep them safe. I emphasize the word "TRIED". Ok, he is a little nut job but all things considering he did a great job raising his boys without a mom and as hunters.

I liked this episode. Alot!
Sarah I agree with you about John. I hate, loathe and despise him and think that he wasn't fit to raise a chia pet, much less two small boys. Having said that I agree with Mia that Sam was a brat. He picked a fight, just to pick a fight and in the middle of a hunt was not the time for it. Poor Dean, having to play peacemaker for these two over grown manbabies instead of getting in his car and leaving thier A**es behind in the road. Which is what I would have done.
Sam is alot like John and that is not a good thing.
And the crack about the Impala was unwarrented, considering Dean took better care of the car than John did his own children. But John was mad at Sam so he had to take it out on Dean. Just like Sam was mad at John in Assylum and took it out on Dean. Why does Dean want to remain in a family that treats him in such a way?
