Aminat: The judges think she's gorgeous, has beautiful skin and a lovely face, but the light doesn’t always hit her face in a way that makes her photograph well. She needs to figure out how to work her angles. And even then, some of the judges don't think her face says much. However, she has drive and ambition that shows through, and that helps make her attractive -- except when it makes her unattractive! She has a solid, confident walk and she's a memorable personality. Plus, the girl has got the bod workin' over time. She's strong and fit without being too skinny.

Allison: The judges used to complain that Allison only had one "shocked" look when she took pictures. But with her winning "best photo" several times now, it seems that she's overcome that. With all of the strong women around her, she's figured out a way to use her soft girlishness to stand out from the crowd. Plus, she has that eternally young feeling in an industry that is obsessed with youth. However, the walk must be addressed. Not only is Allison a disaster on the runway, she can barely walk down the street in heels.

Teyona: It's no secret that Teyona has been hot in the competition for some time. There's no question the girl is a beauty. Some of the judges think that Teyona has the most drive, but others think she is becoming complacent, which is a huge mistake. Tyra was excited to shoot her on set, but when Teyona arrived, there wasn't the magic and the fire that she expected...and wanted. Her photos are exquisite, but as a personality, she's not so memorable.

What will pull the eventual winner ahead of the other two is the ability to buckle down, keep her eye on the prize and overcome the shortcomings that have been pointed out to her. They're all pretty, but who do you think has the ability to really shine? Tell us!
